At SE:LA, each piece is made with care. Still, if your order isn’t quite right, we offer 7-day returns and exchanges to make your experience risk-free.

Terms & Conditions

All returns or exchanges must be confirmed with SE:LA before shipping the item back.

Items must be mailed for return within 7 days of receiving the package. (If received on the 1st, please return it by the 7th at the latest.)

Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with the security seal and SE:LA tag still attached.

Items purchased on sale, discounted, pre-order, or collaboration are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds are issued as store credit only — not as cash. Store credits can be used exclusively at itssela.com and are non-transferable.

Each purchase is eligible for one exchange only.

If the replacement item is of lower value, no cash or credit difference will be issued.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Important Notes
SE:LA reserves the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not meet these criteria, to protect the integrity of our products and ensure fairness.
Rejected items will be sent back to the customer at their cost or held for 7 days before being discarded.
Unregistered parcels will be held for up to 14 days before disposal.
Shipping Fee

For exchanges, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to our warehouse.

SE:LA will cover the shipping back to you once the exchange is approved.
