Where is SE:LA made?

Crafted between Jakarta and New York

All SE:LA pieces are produced in small batches with local artisans.

We prioritize slow production, thoughtful craftsmanship, and minimal waste.

Do you restock items?

Most pieces are made in limited quantities and may not restock.

How do I request a return for a defective or incorrect item?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hello.its.sela@gmail.com.Please include photos or videos of the issue and your order number.Once approved, the item must be shipped back within 5 days with a tracking number.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?

Yes — exchanges are accepted within 3 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, and has all original tags attached.

Refunds are currently not available.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Order changes or cancellations can only be made before processing begins.

How long does shipping take?

Indonesia Shipping:

•⁠  ⁠Jabodetabek: 2–3 business days

•⁠  ⁠Java: 2–5 business days

•⁠  ⁠Outside Java: 3–7 business days

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days before dispatch.

Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to your email.
